Meet the Team — An app section that introduces designated property team members to tenants, populated from staff email addresses in Property Info.

Site - An individual building within Cove. Users or admins with multi-site access can switch between sites via a dropdown in the dashboard or app.
Suite — A specific location within a floor (e.g., a unit or room) that gets tied to tenants, work orders, maintenance, and inspections. Suite Type — A classification (e.g., common area, mechanical room, tenant unit) that controls who can submit work order requests for a given suite: Shared (any tenant), Tenant (only occupants), or Internal (building team only).
Tenant — An organization/company record (not an individual person) associated with one or more suites; it stores contact info, leases, reservation/visitor/work order settings, and the users who belong to that company.
Time Cards — A feature letting hourly staff log weekly work hours from mobile, subject to a property team approval workflow.
User Roles — Permission levels (such as Building Admin, Building Manager, Building Engineer, Security Manager, Tenant Admin, and Regular User) that determine what a person can view or do in Cove.
User Tags — Labels assignable to user profiles (managed in the Directory) used to control visibility of highlights, resources, or other content to specific groups.
