A User Role determines the level of access each person has to the app and dashboard. User roles can be edited individually or in bulk from the Directory table.
Overview of User Roles and How They Should Be Assigned

| Building Admin | Property Team |
Primary Responsibility: Full building administration Building Admins have the highest level of access to the application. They can configure all modules, and have access to complete all actions on the dashboard and mobile app. |
| Building Manager | Assistant Property Managers |
Primary Responsibility: Daily building operations Building Managers have one of the highest level of access to the application. The role is designed for the Property Management team, and the main difference between this role and the Building Admin role is the permissions to configure the Work Order module. |
| Engineering Manager | Chief Engineers | Primary Responsibility: WO, PM, and Inspection Oversight |
| Building Engineer | Engineers |
Primary Responsibility: Complete WO, PMs, and Inspections Building Engineers are member of the building team who have the ability to complete and submit work orders, maintenance tasks, and inspections. They can be assigned to work or be in Work Groups to receive notifications. |
| Security Manager | Security Leads |
Primary Responsibility: Visitor and Security Operations A Security Manager is intended for security team members. This access is typically given to Security Guards or Front Desk managers. |
| Reservation Manager | Concierge |
Primary Responsibility: Manage amenity reservations A Reservation Manager is a intended for building team members who only need to see reservation data. This access is given typically to administrative assistants or front desk managers. |
| Tenant Security Manager | Tenant reception/ Security | Primary Responsibility: Manage visitors for their tenant only |
| Tenant Admin | Tenant Points of Contact | Tenant Admins are main points of contact for each tenant. They have the ability to use the admin dashboard, submit work order requests, register visitors, and see requests submitted by anyone in the organization. |
| Tenant Host | Tenant Hosts have the ability to register guests on behalf of others and view all visitors registered for their office. They cannot submit work orders. | |
| Regular Users | In a full platform building, most of your users will be Regular Users. They have the ability to use the mobile app to see building news and information, submit amenity reservation requests, and RSVP to events. They cannot submit work orders or register visitors. |
