Cove’s Display Management feature allows you to easily create and manage building displays directly from your dashboard. These web-based displays can be used to showcase highlights, events, or building directories on TVs or digital signage throughout your property.

To show your Cove content, your display must have Internet access in one of the following ways:

  • Smart TV with an Internet connection and a built-in browser

    • Recommended for buildings with a few displays

    • Note: compatibility may vary by manufacturer, as each Smart TV uses its own native browser

  • Digital signage device such as Airtame

    • Recommended for buildings/campuses with several directories so that they can be managed remotely

Display Setup Overview

Display Setup with Smart TV

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Each Smart TV has its own native web browser, so compatibility can vary.

  • If you need help opening your TV’s web browser, refer to your TV manufacturer’s support documentation.

  1. Open the Display Activation Page On Your Smart TV Browser
    1. On your Smart TV, open the built-in web browser.

    2. Navigate to https://display.cove.is/activate.

    3. Adjust your browser settings so the page is full screen and the search bar is hidden.

      • Look for options like Hide Tab, Fullscreen, or Kiosk Mode in your TV’s browser settings.

💡 Tip: The next steps can be completed remotely — just make note of the activation code shown on your TV screen.

Connect Your Display to the Cove Dashboard

    • Activation Code: Enter the code shown on your TV screen.

    • Display Device as Full Screen: Check this box if you want full-screen events and highlights only (and you do not want to show a directory).

      • Checked: The display will not show a tenant directory, weather, or building logo

      • Unchecked: The display will show a directory or weather widget.

        • If unchecked and no building is chosen in the section below, the weather widget will appear.

    • Select Building(s) To Filter Tenant Directory By: Choose which buildings to include in the tenant directory (if applicable).

      • Requires building, floor, and suite setup in advance.
