The Property Setup module is the foundation for configuring a property in the platform. This module is where property teams define core details about the site, establish its physical structure, and configure rules that control how information and communications flow throughout the system. Completing Property Setup ensures that downstream features, such as work orders, visitors, amenities, reporting, and resident experiences, behave correctly and reflect the real-world layout and operational needs of the property. Property Setup is typically completed during onboarding but can be updated over time as the property evolves.

Below is an overview of each section within the Property Setup module, with links to detailed articles for step-by-step guidance:

  • Property Info
Define the core identity and configuration of the property, including name, address, time zone, currency, and other high-level settings that impact how the property appears and operates across the platform.

  • Consent Forms
Create and manage digital consent forms that users may be required to acknowledge, such as legal disclosures or policy agreements. Acknowledgments are tracked for visibility and compliance.

  • Questionnaires
Need additional information from users when they make a reservation or submit a specific work order type? Create a Questionnaire and then attach them to relevant Amenities and Work Order Issue Types.

  • Buildings, Floors, and Suites
Create buildings, floors, and suites for your property. These will be used throughout the platform for location-based workflows, reporting, and operational accuracy.
  • Forwarding Rules
Set up forwarding rules to cover periods when team members are offline. This ensures their work is automatically routed to another colleague across the platform while they are unavailable.
