Amenity Reservations Overview: Property Teams

The Reservations module is the central hub for managing amenity bookings across your property. From here, property teams can view and manage all reservations submitted by tenants and tenant admins, approve or deny incoming requests, and access the full setup and configuration tools for your amenity program. Property teams can create reservations on behalf of any tenant from the dashboard, and building admins can edit any reservation from the dashboard as well. The mobile app supports creating new reservations but editing is limited on mobile: building admins can edit reservations with no cost from the app, but reservations with associated costs must be edited from the dashboard only.

Day-to-Day Management Pages:

  • Amenity Reservations
    • Displays all amenity reservations across the building, including both confirmed and pending bookings
    • Reservations can be viewed in list or calendar view
    • Use this page to monitor and manage reservations submitted by any tenant or user at your property
    • Open a reservation record to view its details, manage billing, and see any work orders linked to that booking in the Work Orders tab
  • My Reservations
    • Displays reservations made by the logged-in user
  • Requested 
    • Displays reservations that are pending approval 
    • Only relevant at properties where reservation approvals are enabled
    • From here, property team members can review and approve or deny incoming reservation requests

  • Reservation Policies
    • Where property teams create and edit reservation policies to customize booking rules by tenant and user tag
    • After creating a policy, assign it to any relevant spaces in Amenity Setup
