Cove provides embedded Mixpanel dashboards as part of our reporting features, offering insights into your mobile app’s usage and engagement. These reports include metrics such as:
- Total App Subscribers
- Unique User Usage over time
- Tenant Usage over time
- Tenant Engagement with Highlights
Notes:
- Mobile App Mixpanel Dashboards are available to Property Teams (Building Admin and Building Manager roles)
- Access to Mobile App Mixpanel Dashboards requires coordination with your Customer Success Manager. If the Engagement Reporting sub-page is not visible in your account, please reach out to your CSM to enable access.

How to Access Your Mixpanel Mobile App Dashboard
- From your web dashboard, navigate to the Reports & Analytics module.
- Click on the Engagement Reporting sub-page.
- Enter your password (as provided by your CSM)
Troubleshooting
If you experience issues viewing your dashboard, please try the following:
- Use an alternate browser (we recommend Chrome)
- Ensure you are logging in via the Cove dashboard (using the above method), rather than a direct link to the report.
