Third-party vendors can be added to your dashboard so that they can be registered as visitors and complete Work Orders, Maintenance Tasks, or Inspections via the app or dashboard. Adding Vendor Users is the second step in this process.
Vendor Users profiles are created and managed within the Directory module. Creating this profile allows users within the Vendor to access the mobile app and dashboard.
Add Vendors Users:
- Follow the steps to add a user.
- Select the appropriate vendor from the Company Dropdown.
- Select Vendor User for the user role and make that person assignable.
