Third-party vendors can be added to your dashboard so that they can be registered as visitors and complete Work Orders via the app or dashboard.
Use Case Example:
If work at our building needs to be completed by a third party vendor (ABC Window Cleaning), we want employees from ABC Window Cleaning to be able to access our building, and see and complete the work we've assigned to them. In order to do that we need to take the following actions in the dashboard:

Add Vendors and Vendor Users:
- add ABC Window Cleaning as a Vendor
- create an ABC Window Cleaning Work Group so that people in that work can receive notifications
- add ABC Window Cleaning employees as Vendor Uses

Assign and Route Work to Vendors:
- assign Work Orders to Vendor Users within ABC Window Cleaning and/or
- route Work Orders to ABC Window Cleaning
- Register the Vendor Visits
Requirements:
- Vendor Users need to be on at least version 24.19.0 of the app
- If you do not see Vendor Users as an option in your User Roles dropdown, please reach out to techsupport@cove.is
