Active: Users are active in the system and are able to perform all actions they are allowed.

Suspended: Users are restricted from logging into or accessing the app or dashboard.

How to Suspend or Suspend a User

Property Team members with a Building Admin or Building Manager User Role can unsuspend a user in their user profile.

  1. Navigate to the Directory module of the dashboard, and click on the Users sub-page.
  2. Search for the user's profile in the directory.
  3. Click the Edit icon next to their profile.
  4. Scroll down to the Account Status section of their profile.
  5. Select the appropriate status from the dropdown menu.
  6. Click Save

Notes:

  • If a user is suspended while they are logged into the app or dashboard, they will be immediately logged out and will not be able to log in until unsuspended.
  • Once a user is unsuspended, they will immediately be able to log into the app or dashboard (depending on their User Role).

Pro-Tip

We recommend that your team use the Suspend action, rather than deleting a user's profile. This will allow you to keep a record of the profiles that have been created in the system.
