Viewing and Completing Inspections

Viewing and Completing Inspections on the Dashboard

Complete an inspection from the New In My Group, Assigned To Me, or Open Inspections pages.

1. Click on any inspection to open the sections.
2. Click on a section within the inspection, and the questions for that section will open.
3. Click "Start Section" to begin the inspection.
4. Click Complete Section.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 for any other sections within that inspection.

Viewing and Completing Inspections on the Mobile App

Complete an inspection from the New In My Group, Assigned To Me, or Open Inspections pages.

1. From any app screen, click on the work tab. (wrench icon) to see an overview of work orders, maintenance tasks, and inspections.
2. Click Inspections and choose a specific inspection.
3. Scroll down to see sections within the inspection, and choose one to begin.
4. Click "Start Section" to begin the inspection.
5. Complete inspection and click Complete Section.
6. Repeat steps 2-4 for any other sections within that inspection.
