Choosing Who Sees Each Attachment
When uploading an attachment to a Work Order — on Dashboard or mobile — users can mark it "Visible to Tenant and Internal Team" or "Internal Team Only."
Keeping Sensitive Attachments Internal
Attachments marked Internal Team Only stay hidden from tenants and hosts, including any mention of them in the Work Order's activity log. Internal team members with access can still view and download them.
Default Visibility Behavior
Every attachment still defaults to visible to both tenants and the internal team, so existing behavior stays the same unless someone chooses to restrict it.
