Managing building occupants from a desktop is not always possible. The Directories feature on the mobile app gives building team members the ability to browse tenant and user information, tap to contact people directly, and take action on pending account requests, all from their phone.

Directories is accessible from the side menu and is visible to admins only. It mirrors the permissions of the dashboard, so what you can see and do depends on your role.

  • Building Admins and Managers see all tenant organizations and all users across the property.
  • Tenant Admins see users in their own organization.
  • Tenant Admins with the user manager permissions can also see and action pending account approvals.

Directories includes three sections:

  • Tenants: Browse a searchable list of all tenant organizations and subtenants at the property. Tap into any tenant to view location details, contact information, and the users within that organization.
  • Users: View all users across all tenant organizations in one place. Tap into any user to see their full profile, contact details, and tenant associations.
  • Needs Approval: 
    • Only visible for sites where approval-based user enrollment is turned on
    • Review pending account requests from users who have signed up and are awaiting access. Approve or deny requests with a single tap.

Tenants

The Tenants tile shows the total number of tenant organizations and subtenants at the site. Tap into it to see a searchable, alphabetically sorted list.

Each row shows the tenant's logo or initials, user count, floor, and suite. Subtenants are labeled beneath their primary tenant.

Tap a tenant to view its details, including:

  • Primary Email
  • Building, Floor, and Suite
  • A searchable list of users within that tenant, sorted by last name

To search or filter the list, use the search bar or tap Filter to narrow by building, floor, or tenant type.

To contact a tenant directly, tap the Primary Email field in the tenant detail view. This opens your device's native mail app.


Users

The Users tile shows the total number of users across all tenant organizations. Tap into it to see a searchable list of all users, sorted by last name. Each row shows the user's name, their tenant organization, and role.

Tap a user to view their full profile, including:

  • Role and account status
  • Primary Email and Phone (tap either to email or call directly from your device)
  • Home Tenant and all associated tenant organizations
  • Date Added and Tags

To search or filter the user list, use the search bar or tap Filter to narrow by Tenant, Role, Tags, Building, or Floor.


Needs Approval

The Needs Approval tile appears when approval-based open enrollment is enabled at the site. It displays the total number of pending account requests. Tap into it to see the list, sorted by Request Date.

Each entry shows the user's name, email, requested tenant organization, role, and the date the request was submitted.

Tap a request to view the user's full details and choose to Approve or Deny their account.

Note: Tenant Admins with the user manager role can approve or deny requests for users within their own organization. Building team members can approve or deny requests across the property.
