Weekly Office Hours are an open forum designed to give customers currently in onboarding a dedicated time to ask questions, get guidance, and better understand how to use Cove. These sessions are:
- Optional and open to all customers currently in onboarding
- Intended for general questions, walkthroughs, and best-practice guidance
- Led by a member of the Cove Implementation team
Office Hours are not required for onboarding. Questions are addressed on a first-come, first-served basis, and time may be shared across attendees.
