For property teams and building engineers managing multiple sites within a network, the network-level maintenance view brings all open tasks across your portfolio into a single place on the dashboard. Rather than navigating site by site, you can view, filter, manage, and create tasks from a centralized view tied to your network. The Maintenance module at the network level includes the same pages you are used to at the site level, organized to reflect activity across all sites in your network.
To access the network-level maintenance view, select your network from the site selector in the dashboard navigation. Maintenance will appear in the left menu.
Module Pages
The following pages are available within Maintenance at the network level:
- New In My Groups: tasks recently assigned to your groups across all sites
- Assigned To Me: tasks assigned directly to you across all sites
- Open Tasks: all open tasks across all sites
- On-Demand Tasks: all open on-demand tasks across all sites
- Overdue: all overdue tasks across all sites
- Task History: completed and closed tasks across all sites
Each task in the list displays the site name alongside the standard task details so you can quickly identify which property each item belongs to.
Creating a Task
You can create a new on-demand task directly from the network-level view. When you click New Task, you will first be prompted to select the site the task belongs to. Once a site is selected, the form functions identically to creating a task at the site level, with all dropdowns and fields pulling from that site's data only.
Filtering
All standard filtering tools are available at the network level, including filtering by status, assignee, interval, and more. Filtering at the network level returns results across all sites in your network.
Batch Actions
You can take the following batch actions on tasks at the network level:
- Edit Assignment: reassign multiple tasks at once. When batch assigning, the assignee list is limited to users who have access to all of the sites represented in your selection.
- Edit Status: update the status of multiple tasks at once
To use a batch action, select one or more tasks using the checkboxes in the table, then choose an action from the batch actions menu.
Equipment Library
The Equipment Library at the network level displays all equipment items across every site in your network. You can view and edit existing equipment items from this view. Equipment items cannot be added from the network level and must be created at the individual site level.
Maintenance Setup
Building Admins can access Maintenance Setup at the network level to create and manage maintenance procedures that apply across the network. Only Building Admins can create and edit procedures at the network level.
When creating a new procedure, you set a Site Visibility to control which properties it applies to:
- All Sites in this Network: the procedure is available to every site in the network
- Select Specific Sites: the procedure is available only to the sites you choose
Once a procedure is created at the network level, it cannot be edited at the site level. All edits must be made from the network-level view.
To create a maintenance procedure at the network level, navigate to Maintenance Setup and select Procedures from the left menu.
