How to Access Multiple Sites (Dashboard)

  1. Log in to your web dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the top left of the dashboard (look for your building logo).
  3. If you see a down caret symbol, it means you have access to multiple sites. 
  4. Click on the down caret to view and select other sites. 
  5. You can search by typing 
  6. If you cannot see all the sites you should have access to, confirm with your property team that your account has the correct permissions to access multiple sites.

How to Access Multiple Sites (App)

  1. Log in to your app.
  2. If you see a down caret symbol next to your name, it means you have access to multiple sites. 
  3. Click on the down caret to view and select other sites. 
  4. If you cannot see all the sites you should have access to, confirm with your property team that your account has the correct permissions to access multiple sites.
