The Reservations module gives tenant admins visibility into all amenity bookings across their organization and the ability to create and manage reservations for their members. Tenant admins can create reservations from both the dashboard and the mobile app. Editing is also available on both platforms, with one distinction: no-cost reservations can be edited from the app or the dashboard, but reservations with an associated fee or charge cannot be edited directly. To update a paid reservation, contact your property team and they can make the changes on your behalf from the dashboard.

- Amenity Reservations
- Displays all amenity reservations for your organization, including both confirmed and pending bookings
- Reservations can be viewed in list or calendar view
- If your property team requires approval before a booking is confirmed, pending reservations will appear here with a Requested status until a decision is made
- My Reservations
- Displays reservations made by the logged-in user
- Pending reservations awaiting property team approval will also appear here with a Requested status
