Create reusable email templates to maintain consistent messaging and branding across all your announcements. Instead of composing each email from scratch, your team can save and load templates for recurring communication types like newsletters, event promotions, or building updates. Templates are organized by announcement type and can be updated at any time to keep your messaging current.
Plain Text Email Templates
Click on + New Simple Template.
Choose the Announcement Type
Add a template Name
Enter a Subject Line and Message Body.
Click Save.
HTML Email Builder Templates
Click on + New Email Template.
Choose the Announcement Type
Add a Template Name
Create content by using the drag-and-drop editor to design your layout.
Add headers, body sections, buttons, and images.
Click Save.
Using Email Templates
Navigate to the Announcements page in the dashboard.
Click +New Announcement and then select Email (Plain Text) or Email (Email Builder) as your type.
Select a template from the Load Template dropdown.
The template will load and from there you can edit, review, and send.
Pro-Tip: To save your newly edited email as a new template, click Save as New Template.
Editing Email Templates
Navigate to the Announcements page in the dashboard.
Click on the Templates tab of the Announcements Table.
Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the template you would like to edit.
Make changes to template and click Save.
