Subscribing and Unsubscribing to Announcements

Unsubscribing to Announcements

• Users can unsubscribe to emails from the bottom of the email itself. 
• Each announcement type is subscribed and unsubscribed separately. For example: a user could unsubscribe from Property Communication but remain subscribed to Marketing Announcements.

Resubscribing to Announcements

Users can resubscribe to announcements from the mobile app. 

1. Click on the three horizontal bars (hamburger bars) to open the left side navigation menu. 
2. Click on Notification Settings
3. Manage each subscription. 
4. Click Save.
