Time Cards is the mobile-first way for building staff to record and submit weekly hours. Use the app to add daily hours, select the correct time type, save drafts, and submit a completed week for your building admin or manager to review. Approved weeks are locked for payroll; denied weeks return to you as editable so you can fix and resubmit.
If you do not see Time Cards in the app, reach out to your property team to confirm your profile is enabled to submit time cards.
Add Hours
Quickly enter daily hours, save drafts as you work, and submit the completed week so your manager can review and process it for payroll.
Steps
- Open the left side navigation window in your mobile app and click My Labor Hours.
- Click on the Time Cards tab.
- Select the week you want to complete.
- For each day, tap Add Time and enter start/stop times or total hours, choose the correct time type (for example Standard, Overtime, Vacation), and add a brief note if prompted.
- Save each day’s entry as you work. You can save a draft and return later.

When the week is complete, tap Submit Time Card. After submission the week is locked until an approver acts on it.
Notes:
• Entries respect your site’s configured increment (typically 15 minutes) and daily maximum.
• Some time types require a note; the app prompts you when that is the case.
Edit Hours
Edit draft weeks or make manual corrections in the app when you need to update entries.
- Open the left side navigation window in your mobile app and click My Labor Hours.
- Click on the Time Cards tab.

Tap the day or the specific entry you want to change.
- Edit the start and stop times or total hours, change the time type if needed, and add a short note explaining the change.
- Save the entry. You can keep the week as a draft or submit it when ready.
If the week is already approved you cannot edit it from the app. In that case contact your building admin or manager and ask them to either deny the week so you can correct and resubmit, or make a documented adjustment on the dashboard.
Respond to Denied Hours
Notifications
If time card submission is denied, you will see the week status change to Denied in the app and a deny note explaining what to fix.
- Open the denied week in the app.
- Make the requested changes, such as adjusting a day’s hours, adding a missing block, or selecting the correct time type.
- Add a brief note describing what you changed.

Save and submit the week again. The week returns to the approver for final review.
