Explanation: This user already exists in the system, possibly at another site. You will need to change the user role that you are adding, to the role the error message says, in this case, I went to add a tenant admin, but they are already in the system as a regular user, so I have to add them as a regular user. When I go to add as a regular user, I get this User Already Exists message to confirm:
