This session is the first in the Property Manager series and provides an introductory overview of the essential aspects of the Cove platform property managers need to get started, including:
- platform overview & pro-tips
- directory management
- creating and approving amenity reservations
- creating and sending announcements
- work order setup and management
👉 🔴 201 Property Team Training (live) | Every other Thursday at 11:00 am PST / 2:00 pm EST.
This session is intended for property teams who have already attended Introduction to Cove: Property Teams 101. This session will expand upon what was covered in the 101 session and will cover:
- maintenance setup and management
- inspections setup and management
- basic billing and reporting
👉 🔴 Tenant Engagement Training (live) | Once per month on Wednesdays at 10:00 am PST / 1:00 pm EST.
This session is intended for property managers at buildings using Cove for Tenant Experience who are creating and managing building events and highlights, etc.). This session provides an overview of the essential aspects of the Cove platform focused on tenant engagement:
- app management
- creating and managing highlights
- creating and managing events
- sending announcements
- creating Email Builder (HTML) emails
Building Team Training Opportunities
👉 🔴 Introduction to Cove: Building Team Members (live) | Every other Tuesday at 11:00 am PST / 2:00 pm EST.
This session is intended for building team members (Engineer Manager and Building Engineers, etc.). This session provides an overview of the essential aspects of the Cove platform building team members need to get started, including:

- work orders overview
- managing and completing work orders (app and dashboard)
- managing and completing inspections (app and dashboard)
- managing and completing maintenance tasks (app and dashboard)
