Regular Users can now access the web dashboard and perform the following actions: see highlights and events, RSVP to most events, sign waivers, and complete surveys.

Prior to sharing your building's web dashboard with Regular Users, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Organize and arrange your building's content.
  2. Create a custom URL for your building's web dashboard.
  3. Reach out to CSM or techsupport@cove.is to enable the dashboard view for regular users.
  4. Share with tenants!

Regular Users Accessing the Web Dashboard View:

    • Regular Users will not be able to access the web dashboard without coordination with your dedicated CSM or techsupport@cove.is
    • If a Regular User attempts to login to the dashboard without the web dashboard being enabled, they will see a "not authorized" error and will not receive a login code.
    • If a Regular User tries to log in to the dashboard before their account is created, they won’t receive a login code via email. Instead, they must first download the Mobile App, enter their email, and log in there before accessing the dashboard.

A few notes about the Regular User web dashboard view:

    • Tenants can see highlight and event content in the Property Home module in the web dashboard.
    • All users who can view your building's highlight and event content on your mobile app will be able to do so on your building's web dashboard, too.
    • At this time, users cannot RSVP to recurring events on the web dashboard.

Organize and arrange your building's content

The web view will show all of the building content available on your mobile app, including: highlights, events, surveys, and waivers. Prior to sharing the web view with Regular Users, we recommend taking some time to organize and arrange this content to ensure it's up-to-date. Below are a few actions you can take:

  • create new highlights
    • or edit existing highlights by clicking on the pencil icon next to the highlight
  • create new events
    • or edit existing events by clicking on the pencil icon next to the event
  • reorder the content
    • Organize your highlight  and event sections by clicking the up and down arrows in the Order column.

    • hide content by clicking on the eye icon (hidden content will show a crossed-out eye icon)

Share your building's dashboard web view with Regular Users

When communicating this with tenants, we recommend including the following information:

  1. Link to dashboard login steps
  2. Your building's web dashboard URLs
We recommend sharing multiple links, as users can access your dashboard from any of the following):
    • custom URL
      • https://mybuilding.cove.is/{customsitename}
    • non-custom URLs
      • https://mybuilding.cove.is/
