Vendors are created and managed in the Directory module. Once a vendor is added and vendor users are assigned, work orders can be assigned and routed directly to them from the dashboard or app. Vendors can also be registered as visitors and complete work orders through either platform.
This article covers how to assign and route work orders to vendors and vendor users once they have been set up in the Directory.
Assigning and/or route Work Orders to Vendors and Vendor Users
- Navigate to the Work Order module, click on Work Order Setup, and then click on Routing & Assignments.
- Click the Edit icon next to a Work Order category or Issue Type.
Scroll down to configure the Routing and Assignments. Select Vendor Users from the Default Assignment dropdown and/or select the Vendor Work Group from the Work Groups dropdown.
