Third-party vendors can be added to your dashboard so that they can be registered as visitors and complete Work Orders, Maintenance Tasks, or Inspections via the app or dashboard. Adding vendors is the first step in this process.
- Navigate to the Directory module of the dashboard, and click on the Vendors sub-page.
- Click +New in the upper right.
- There is only one field required to create a Vendor (name), but this form/profile is where you can add information to keep it all in one place and/or customize the tenant's settings such as contact information and COI settings.
- Add the Vendor's name.

Add email domains for self-enrollment (optional)
- Add contact information (optional)
- Configure COI Settings
- select the Vendor COI Coverage category from the dropdown
- select associated tenants from the dropdown
- Create a Vendor Work Group to make work visible to the Vendor:
- Click Enable Vendor Work Group
- Name the Work Group
- If left blank, the Vendor name will be used
- Notes:
- Vendor users will only be able to see work that is either assigned to them or put in their vendor Work Group.
- Creating a vendor Work Group for this vendor will show this vendor in the Work Groups dropdowns.
- All users under this vendor will be automatically added to this work group.
