Meet the Team Section

Including a Meet the Team section is a helpful way to inform tenants about who is on your property management/building teams. The section appears in the mobile app and on Property Home in the dashboard.

Set up your Meet the Team section

1. Navigate to the Property Setup module of the dashboard, and click on the Property Info sub-page. 
2. Scroll down to the Property Team emails field.
   
3. Add all email addresses for users you would like to include in the Meet the Team section of your app. Separate each email with a comma. 
   Notes:
   • The team members will appear in the order in which their email addresses are listed. You can also reorder them with the up and down arrows on the Engage > Meet the Team page, which updates this field for you.
   • Team members' profiles can be managed individually on the dashboard. Property Team members can manage their photo and About in their user profile in the Directory module.
4. Click Save. From here, the Meet the Team section will appear in your app. 

Please note: Meet the Team needs to be set to Active on the App Home Screen under Engage to display.

In the mobile app, a Contact Us button will appear under each profile in the Meet the Team section. Users' responses to this form will be sent to the email address listed in the Support Emails section of the Property Info page. If Mobile Access is selected, the email goes to both the Support Emails addresses and Cove Tech Support.

Add team photos

Meet the Team photos display in a square (1:1) format in the mobile app and on Property Home. For best results, upload a square, centered headshot. Photos in other shapes are cropped to fit, which can leave faces off-center. Property Team members can update their photo in their user profile in the Directory module.

View your team on Property Home

Meet the Team also appears on Property Home in the dashboard, so the dashboard matches what tenants see in the mobile app. 

• Each Meet the Team member is shown on Property Home with their photo, name, and title.

• Click a team member to open their details page, which shows a larger photo, their title, and About. Click Back to return to Property Home.
• Property Home uses the same team list and order as the mobile app. To add, remove, or reorder team members, use the Property Team emails field on Property Info or the arrows on the Meet the Team page under Engage. See below.

Review your team from the Meet the Team page

The Meet the Team page gives you a single view of the property team for a site. Navigate to the Engage module of the dashboard and select the Meet the Team sub-page, located above Display Management. The page lists the same users driven by the Property Team emails field on the Property Info page, so there is no separate list to maintain.

• The table shows each member's photo, name, email, title, and about.
• Use the up and down arrows to reorder the list. Reordering updates the Property Team emails field on the site, and the new order is reflected in the app.

• Select the edit action on a row to open that user's profile, where their photo, title, and about can be updated.
• The subtitle links back to Property Info, where team members are added and removed.
• The Meet the Team row on the App Home Screen table links directly to this page.
