Please check the App or Google Play store for your individual building app to find the minimum Operating System (OS) required for each app flavor.
App Store:
Scroll down to the Information section (example below):
Minimum supported version (as of Nov 7, 2025): iOS 15.1 or later
Google Play Store:
Scroll down to the About This App section and click on the arrow to view all information.
Minimum supported version (as of Nov 7, 2025): Android 9.0

- 1280x1024 screen resolution
- 10Mb/s internet connection
Software
- Supported Browsers:
- Chrome (latest stable version) - recommended
- Microsoft Edge (latest stable version)
- JavaScript enabled
Note: Hardware requirements are periodically updated as browser standards evolve.
Display Requirements:
- Screen resolution: 1920x1080
- 10Mb/s internet connection
- HDMI connector
Note: Every smart TV has their own native browser. We cannot guarantee that our displays will work on all browsers, so we recommend using a digital signage provider such as Airtame or Brightsign.
