Where Is My 6 Digit Login Code?

As part of the app login process and dashboard login process, you will receive a 6 digit login code. This code will appear in your inbox within a few minutes, but if you do not receive it there might be a few reasons:

Possible Reason Solution
You might not yet have an account. In order to log into the app or dashboard you need to have an account first. Please reach out to the property team at your building or your tenant's point of contact to add you to the system. 
Your email might not match your email in the system.  Your profile is attached to your email address. Please reach out to the property team at your building or your tenant's point of contact to check that your email is accurate. 
Your company might be blocking emails from Cove.  Reach out to your company's IT team to whitelist the @cove.is email domain. 
If you are a regular user attempting to use your building's web dashboard, you might need to log in first to the app. 

All regular users must first download and log into their building app to complete their account registration. Only after this step will they be able to access the web dashboard (if applicable).
