Dependable data, always on time. Batch reporting allows you to create a report and configure the settings once, and then receive auto-generated and delivered reports at the determined time via email, SFTP, or even send them directly to tenants.
Example Reports
Below are a few examples of reports that can be created using Custom Reporting. Follow the steps in the Create Custom Reports section of this article to set up reports like these for your building.
- auto- delivered work order statements sent directly to tenants or to another platform
- portfolio-level billing statements sent to your team each month
Create Batch Reports
- Create a Custom Report that you can then "Batch" (meaning, group. together and deliver on a determined interval).
- Navigate to the Reports and Analytics module and click on the name to open the sub-pages.
- Click on Work Order Analytics page, and then Batch Reporting. From here you will see a table view that will show all Batch Reports created by your team.
- Click on +Create Batch in the upper right.

Key Details

Name: Name your report.
- Pro-tip: include the data type and time period in the report name for easier organization

Status:
- Active: batch reporting is active and will be delivered at the determined batch period
- Paused: batch reporting is paused and will not be delivered at the determined batch period

Batch Period: Interval To Batch All Work Orders
- Interval: Determine the batch reporting interval by day, week, month, or year

Starting On: Choose start date for the batch. The helper text below will auto-update to show you the next batch period based on the interval and start time

Date Type: Choose which date type the batching should adhere to:
- Closed
- Completed
- Exported
- Submitted
- Verified

Custom Reports To Export: The export will adhere to structure of report (Data Fields, Column Locations, and Custom Data Mapping) but report Filters will NOT be applied on this export.

Select the previously created Custom Report from the dropdown menu.

Additional Reports: Check the box to include a combined Tenant Statement PDF, which is a combination of the individual statements.

Custom Reports To Export: The export will adhere to structure of report (Data Fields, Column Locations, and Custom Data Mapping) but report Filters will NOT be applied on this export.
- Delivery Method: Add email addresses (separated by a comma) to specify if you'd like the report automatically delivered to anyone on your team.

Send Statement to Tenants: Check this box will send a Tenant Statement PDF for applicable tenant work orders to each Tenant Contact on record.
- If there are no work orders for a given tenant in a batch, or no Tenant Contact specified, no email will be sent.
- Statements will be emailed at the end of the batch period.
- Click Save. From here the configured report will be delivered at the determined time.
