Within the cove platform, visitors can be registered through the app or through the admin dashboard building staff only).
- register a one-time visitor in the app
- register visitor(s) for one, multiple, or consecutive visits in the dashboard
- register group visits for single or multiple visits in the dashboard
- editing visitor directions for your organization

Register a One-Time Visitor in The App
- Click on the hamburger bars (three horizontal lines) in the top left of the home screen.
- Click Visitors
- Click + Add a Visitor
- Fill out your visitor’s information.
- Click Complete Visitor Registration
Register Visitor(s) for One, Multiple, or Consecutive Visits in the Dashboard
- Navigate to the Visitors section of the dashboard, and click on +Add a Visitor.
- Fill out your visitor's information. If you are registering a visitor for someone else, choose their name as the host.
- Choose the Host Tenant. This is only applicable if you are connected to more than one tenant.

Choose the host floor.
Note: If your building requires floors to be chosen when registering a visitor and if the Host Tenant has more than one floor, a floor dropdown will be available. If your building does not require floors to be chosen when registering a visitor and if the Tenant Host only has one floor, this dropdown will not appear.

- Choose Single Visit, Multiple Dates, or Consecutive Dates.

Single visit: Choose this for a single visit. Example: one visit on January 5th at 10:00am.
- Select a single date and estimated arrival time.
- Select a single date and estimated arrival time.

Multiple dates: Choose this for multiple (up to 10) individual visits. Example: one visit on January 5th at 10:00am, one on January 10th at 9am, and one on January 24th at 12:30pm.
- Choose +Add Another Date for each additional date and time
- Edit each date and time by clicking on the calendar icon

Consecutive dates: Choose this for consecutive visits that will occur at the same time each day. Example: a visit every day at 10:00am between January 5th and January 15th.
- Pro-tip: select Exclude weekends to exclude Saturdays and Sundays from the consecutive visit.

Single visit: Choose this for a single visit. Example: one visit on January 5th at 10:00am.
- Reason for Visit and Organization Name are both optional.
- Select Complete Visitor Registration.

Editing Visitor Directions for Your Organization
- Navigate to the Directory section of the dashboard, then click on Tenants.

Click on the pen to edit the tenant visitor directions.
- Scroll down to the Visitor Management Settings section and your customized guest visit email instructions.
