A User Role determines the level of access each person has to the app and dashboard. User roles can be edited individually or in bulk from the Directory table.

Regular Users In a full platform building, most of your users will be Regular Users. They have the ability to use the mobile app to see building news and information, submit amenity reservation requests, and RSVP to events. 
Tenant Host Tenant Hosts are usually the point of contact to manage visitors coming to their offices. Their permissions provide access to the dashboard where they can register guests on behalf of others and view all visitors registered for their office. 
Tenant Admin Tenant Admins are main points of contact for each tenant. They have the ability to use the admin dashboard, submit work order requests, and see requests submitted by anyone in the organization. 
Tenant Security Manager

This role is designed for tenants who have their own security manager. They have the ability to checkin guests, but they have a limited view of the tenants.

Reservation Manager A Reservation Manager is a intended for building team members who only need to see reservation data. This access is given typically to administrative assistants or front desk managers.
Security Manager A Security Manager is intended for security team members. This access is typically given to Security Guards or Front Desk managers.
Building Engineer Building Engineers are member of the building team who have the ability to complete and submit work orders, maintenance tasks, and inspections. They can be assigned to work or be in Work Groups to receive notifications. 
Building Manager Building Managers have one of the highest level of access to the application. The role is designed for the Property Management team, and the main difference between this role and the Building Admin role is the permissions to configure the Work Order module. 
Building Admin Building Admins have the highest level of access to the application. They can configure all modules, and have access to complete all actions on the dashboard and mobile app.
