Submit a work order from the mobile app or the web dashboard whenever something needs attention. Tenant admins can use the quick action button or the Requests tab, and building team members can submit from the Work tab. Provide a clear description and attach photos or documents so building team members have the full picture. After you submit, you will land on a confirmation page in both the app and dashboard confirming the request was created.
Submitting a Work Order on the App
Open the Requests tab (Tenant Admins) or the Work Tab (Building Team members).
Choose the category of the service request.
Complete the form by selecting the Tenant, Created For (optional), and the Location.
Note: depending on the building, some work orders might require a due date or additional questions.Describe the details of the request.

Add attachments if helpful.
Images: JPG and PNG.
Documents: PDF and common office files for vendor reports, invoices, and inspection paperwork. The dashboard accepts multiple file formats.
Video: Upload mp4 videos with a limit of 5 minutes.
Multiple files: You can upload several attachments at once from the dashboard or mobile.
Optional: Assign the ticket to a person or team (Building Team members).
Click Submit Request and you will land on a confirmation page that indicates the work order was created.

Open any page in the Work Order module and click on New Ticket in the upper right corner.
Complete the form by selecting the Tenant (Building Team members), Category, Issue Type and Location.
