Engineers and Building Admins can view and manage work orders, with clear visibility into each step of the process.

Statuses

  • Submitted: Newly submitted work order

  • Accepted: Assigned to a team member

  • In Progress: Work started

  • On Hold: Work is paused or blocked (e.g., waiting for parts)

  • Completed: Work has been finished

  • Closed: Completed work has been reviewed

  • Closed and Verified: Billable services have been reviewed and verified

  • Scheduled: Ticket has a future due date

  • Canceled: Ticket closed without completion

Updates & Communication

  • Add notes and photos at any stage

    • Once a note is added it cannot be edited. 

  • Share updates internally or with tenants

  • Requestors can also add notes 

  • All activity is automatically recorded on the ticket in chronological order.

    • Note: If a building team member marks a note as internal, it will not be visible to the tenant.
