Statuses
Submitted: Newly submitted work order
Accepted: Assigned to a team member
In Progress: Work started
On Hold: Work is paused or blocked (e.g., waiting for parts)
Completed: Work has been finished
Closed: Completed work has been reviewed
Closed and Verified: Billable services have been reviewed and verified
Scheduled: Ticket has a future due date
Canceled: Ticket closed without completion
Updates & Communication
Add notes and photos at any stage
Once a note is added it cannot be edited.
Share updates internally or with tenants
Requestors can also add notes
All activity is automatically recorded on the ticket in chronological order.
Note: If a building team member marks a note as internal, it will not be visible to the tenant.
