Announcements

Announcements are a great way to send timely, important information to your residents. You can send messages via email, text or Push Notification from the Admin Dashboard. We recommend only using the Announcements function when you have important or urgent information to share; otherwise, Highlights are a great way to share content with your tenants or residents.

  1. Navigate to the Engage module, and click on Announcements.
  2. Click on +New Announcement in the upper right corner.

  1. Choose which announcement type you would like to send and click Next.
  1. Craft your announcement and then click Next.

  1. Choose when you want to send your message: immediately or scheduled, then click Next.

  1. Choose the audience for the message: all users in your building directory or a custom audience, then click Next. If you are sending to all users, follow the steps to send.

  1. If you are sending to a select audience, select all appropriate users. You can use the search, user tags, and filter tools to narrow down your audience.

  1. Click on the Begin Sending. This will send the message to all of the selected users.
