How to Check Your Building App Version

1. Open your building app
2. Click on the hamburger bars in the upper left (three horizontal lines) to open the left-side navigation menu.
3. Click About and the version number will be listed at the bottom of this screen.

How to Update Your Building App (iPhone Users)

1. Open the App Store app on your phone.
2. Type the name of your building app in the search bar.
3. Click Update

or

1. Open the App Store app on your phone.
2. Tap the My Account button or your photo at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll down to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app to update only that app, or tap Update All.

How to Update Your Building App (Android Users)

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your phone.
2. Type the name of your building app in the search bar.
3. Click Update

or

1. Open the Google Play Store app Google Play.
2. At the top right, click your profile icon.
3. Click Manage apps & device and then click Manage.

4. Click on the app you want to update.

   Tip: Apps with an update available are labeled "Update available."

5. Click Update.
