Custom Table View
Customize dashboard table columns to view and download only the most relevant information for your building. In this article we will discuss:
- editing viewable columns
- reordering columns
- downloading reports with customized views
Notes:
- Downloaded reports respect your saved edited and reordered column preferences.
Edit Viewable Columns
From any dashboard table with an Edit Columns button in the top right, you can edit which columns you see in the table.
Steps:
- Click on the Edit Columns button in the upper right corner. From here a list of columns will appear.
- Click on the column name to select or deselect. Columns will be removed and added from the table in real time.
- Click into the table or on the x at the top to minimize the editable column window and go back to the table. Changes to columns are automatically saved to your profile.
Reorder Columns
From any dashboard table with an Edit Columns button in the top right, you can reorder the columns you see in the table.
Steps:
- Click on the Edit Columns button in the upper right corner. From here a list of columns will appear.
- Click on the name of a column and drag it up or down to reorder. Columns will be reorderd in real time.
- Click into the table or on the x at the top to minimize the editable column window and go back to the table. Changes to columns are automatically saved to your profile.
To reset these preferences, scroll down in the list of columns, and click Reset to Defaults.
