Maintenance- Changes
As of December 19, 2023, there are some slight changes to the way maintenance is set up which will enhance the way you organize your maintenance tasks without impacting your existing processes.
Key Highlights of the Feature Change:
- Improved Organization: Maintenance task templates are now made up of a program, set of procedures, and a schedule.. Each task template is associated with a group of equipment. You can create multiple schedules and procedures and see a calendar view of all tasks for that equipment.
- Defined Procedures: You can now define specific procedures with a set of steps and assign that procedure to various tasks and schedules. You’ll have a separate section of the app just for your procedures, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all templates.
- Auto-Skipping: Within a maintenance program, you can now create schedules that automatically skip when two tasks have the same deadline. The more frequent of the two schedules will be skipped if the due date is the same as another schedule. For example, you can set up your program so that your Monthly maintenance task will be skipped in the month where you are also performing your Annual maintenance task, since the steps you take in the annual already cover the monthly
