User Directory Syncing

Both cove and Openpath have their own user directory to store tenant and user information.  Through our integration, we can sync the two directories together to allow for one source of truth to control access to Openpath entries as well as the cove app.  To learn more about cove's User Directory, click HERE.  

With User Directory Syncing turned on, when a user is deleted or suspended in Openpath, they will also be suspended in cove.  

Also, when a new user tries to login to cove, the directory integration will check Openpath to verify they are a valid user, therefore allowing access to cove.  (double confirm this with Liz)
